Her interest in aesthetic skin care has evolved into a secondary specialty where she recently opened Newhope Laser Skin Care in Westminster, California. Dr. Tien is well known for her cutting-edge laser and injection techniques and she is committed to the highest standards of ethics and excellence and holds her staff to the same expectations.
